This virtual challenge is designed to build consistency, discipline, and whole-body fitness over 100 active days. Participants are required to complete one fitness activity per day, choosing from a variety of options such as:

🛑 Mandatory Rest Day: One rest day per week is required to support recovery and prevent burnout.

                  Minimum Daily Eligibility

  • 🏃 Running/Walking – Minimum 2 km

  • 🚴 Cycling – Minimum 10 km

  • 🏋️ Gym Workout/Strength Training – Minimum 45 minutes

  • 🏊 Swimming – Minimum 20 minutes

  • ⏱️ Skipping, Stair Climbing, or other approved cardio/functional workouts 20 minutes

📸 Proof of Participation: All participants must submit daily screenshots of their fitness activity as evidence of completion. This ensures accountability and fairness for everyone involved.
